The manager, Jennifer seems to wear ALL hats every day, all hours. We were here for about a week to drop off my nephew for his freshman year at WSU. They were short staffed but you might not realize it unless you pay attention. The front desk staff are always available to answer questions and provide amenities like TP as needed since housekeeping requires advance requests. They refill coffee, replenish breakfast items, prep those yummy evening cookies...you name it! They're on it! I even saw Jennifer mopping floors while manning the desk! Superior service and always with a smile. Thank you for the best service we have had in a long time!!! Will be back!

The breakfast was great, always an added bonus when traveling. Room was clean, comfortable and ready when we arrived. The facilities looked good, although we did not use them. Good locations, lots of options for dinner nearby. The 7 p.m. cookies were delicious!

I love the beds, the pillows, and the cleanliness, as well as the location to the shops, restaurants, and the Chipman Bike Path. The breakfast is standard hotel food, but the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I loved that the food service hours were 6-10 daily and the cookies in the evenings. Many places aren't even serving by the time I'm ready to leave. Good variety of foods and beverages to choose from.

Clean, placed seemed new. My room was quite and the AC worked great and was not too loud for sleeping. The breakfast was amazing. I also love that they don't charge for pets.

The coffee was good. Could use stevia for customers with diabetes. It's the most common sweetener for us. Great customer service!! Front desk and others were friendly. Overall nice visit.
